Yuriy Prykhodko

Managing Director
Read Bio

Yuriy manages daily operations at the Kyiv office and provides senior-level client counseling on matters related to market strategy, domestic and international policy, issue resolution, and crisis management. Yuriy carries over 25 years of experience in government relations, commercial diplomacy, and business advocacy delivered to dozens of multinational companies pursuing opportunities in the NIS region.

Prior to joining the company in 2016, Yuriy worked as a Government and Public Affairs Advisor to ExxonMobil. Besides the Ukraine portfolio, Yuriy handled political and regional issues of relevance to the corporation, most notably the US-EU-Russia relations. From 1993 – 2012 Yuriy was part of US Embassy Kyiv working as a principal local advisor and analyst to the U.S. Department of Commerce in the formulation of the bilateral commercial strategy, planning and administering trade development programs.

Yuriy holds an Executive MBA from the International Management Institute in Kyiv, and is a graduate from Kyiv State Linguistics University.  Yuriy was awarded the US Department of Commerce Bronze Medal being recognized a Foreign National Employee of the Year (2010).

Tetyana Trischuk

Deputy Managing Director

Tetyana is the Deputy Managing Director responsible for managing the financial and administrative activities at the company’s Kyiv office.

Prior to joining the company, Tanya served for 11 years as Program Coordinator for the three comprehensive Participant Training Projects, funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and administered by the Academy for Educational Development (AED), a U.S.based company. In this capacity, she was responsible for designing and implementing various short-term training activities supporting municipal development, social sector reforms, and SME development, among other spheres.  The training programs were provided to Ukrainian, Moldovan, and Belarusian professionals and were conducted in Ukraine, the United States, and other countries.

Tetyana graduated in 1989 from the Kyiv State University of Foreign Languages. She also studied accounting and audit at the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.

Jevgeniy Kachalin

Prior to joining the company, Jevgeniy worked for several PR agencies and software producers.

Jevgeniy graduated from Kyiv State Pedagogical University with an M.A. in Education. In addition, he is a professional ICF certified coach.

Christina coordinates project teams working on implementing programs for executive positioning, media and public relations, organizing special events.

Among Christina’s clients, there are well-known international and Ukrainian companies, such as Wizz Air, Airbus, IKEA, Shell Retail Ukraine, Sanofi Aventis, UNDP, Visa, IDS Borjomi Ukraine, and others.

Christina obtained a B.A. in Philology and Master’s Degree in Journalism from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy National University.  She is also a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Advanced Certificate program (2010).
